We have two Early Careers Programs designed for recent graduates who already have some professional experience and an outstanding record. These programs are intended to give your career added momentum at just the right time – maximising the business skills you’ve gained so far, adding more to your repertoire and equipping you to make an impact on the global stage.

Students, graduates and early career

INNOVATE focuses on technology leadership. Our aim is to attract and develop the most talented, innovative and creative technology minds on the planet. You’ll engage with the most challenging project work around, collaborating to solve some of the most difficult issues we face as consumers, businesses and societies.

We see our interns as the Watford Construction™ professionals of tomorrow, who influence how we do business today. Being anWatford Construction™ intern is something special. It’s your chance to learn about the world of work – while you’re working on projects that are changing the world of communications. You will experience the true culture of our global organisation, enjoying opportunities to work collaboratively with various departments, locations and leaders through daily job roles, special team assignments, social events and volunteering.

Students or graduates

These are elite development programs designed for only the very highest achievers. Both of our programs run for 18-months and we have opportunities for people who want to specialise in technology or for those who aspire to a broader commercial role. In each case, we offer opportunities to progress into a global leadership role so we’re looking for genuinely ambitious people. You must already be on the curve to a global career, capable of influencing, challenging and leading within a cutting-edge business.
